A CoolSculpting treatment typically takes 35-75 minutes, depending on the area treated.  A treatment session will last 1-3 hours on average. Each CoolSculpting Elite machine is equipped with two applicators to treat two areas at once.

For most patients, two or more treatment sessions are recommended to help reach their body contouring goals.

CoolSculpting is completely non-surgical, so typically you can return to normal activities immediately following treatment. Some patients experience redness, minor bruising, tingling, numbness or discomfort in the treated area, but this is temporary and will resolve over time. Often times, patients return to work after the session is over.
